Lighting Retrofit
At our clients 350,000 sq.ft. facility, replacing traditional incandescent bulbs with LED bulbs saved up to 35% (over $100k/yr) on energy costs while also reduce maintenance costs by using longer-lasting bulbs and reducing the need for frequent bulb replacements. In addition to cost savings, a lighting retrofit can improve the quality of light, creating a more comfortable and productive environment for employees and customers
Utility Forecast Analysis
We frequently prepare the following year's electricity, natural gas and water budgets for our clients. This saved our client countless hours on their portfolio budgeting and removed any speculation from the analysis. We use historical data aggregation, forecasted % increases/decreases in utility pricing as well as any % increase/decrease in consumption within our analysis.
GHG Scope 1 &2 Report
We recently completed a GHG Scope 1 & 2 emission audit for a 12 building commercial real-estate portfolio for our client as part of their decarbonization planning. This helped our clients allocated their capital budget to the building that needed it most and fed directly into their long-term ESG goals, GRESB submission and sustainability reporting.
Battery Storage & EV
We recently helped our clients secure a no cost battery-storage solution for their 500,000 Sq.ft Class A commercial office in the GTA. Their portion of the savings will amount to over $100,00 per year for 10 years, with zero capital required! We also sourced and managed the installation of a fleet of EV chargers (some capital was required for the EV chargers)
